Frontend Lead (React / Next.js)

Role overview Lead frontend delivery for client products, shaping polished, reliable interfaces with React and Next.js. The work combines hands-on UI development with design-system contributions, performance ownership, and close collaboration with design and backend teams.

Responsibilities - Build and deliver user interfaces for client projects. - Develop reusable components for an internal design system. - Set and monitor performance budgets, with attention to Core Web Vitals. - Work with design and backend partners to turn product needs into working interfaces. - Review code and uphold engineering quality standards. - Apply accessibility practices, including semantic HTML and WCAG AA awareness.

Requirements - At least five years of production experience with React and Next.js. - Strong TypeScript skills, including working in strict mode and treating type safety as a core quality standard. - A strong focus on browser performance and Core Web Vitals. - Ability to interpret Figma designs and contribute to a design system. - Familiarity with accessibility principles and semantic HTML. - Testing discipline with React Testing Library and Playwright.
