Forward Deployed Engineer

Role overview Work inside client teams to turn operational problems into AI-enabled software that runs in production. You will learn how people work, connect new capabilities to established systems, and remain responsible for the solution through rollout and ongoing support.

Responsibilities - Join team routines and learn the client’s processes, terminology, and tools before work begins. - Inspect existing APIs, data exports, and databases, then build the integrations a solution requires. - Turn broad requests into a clear specification, delivery estimate, and implementation plan. - Build quick prototypes and have the people who will use them test the results before expanding the work. - Write production code, help client teams adopt the tools, and refine the solution based on their feedback. - Take ownership of deployed systems, including diagnosing and fixing issues when they arise.

Requirements - Ability to understand real operational workflows and translate them into workable software. - Skill in building and integrating production systems with existing tools and data. - Ability to scope ambiguous requests into concrete specifications and estimates. - Comfort working directly with client teams and supporting software after deployment.
