About this role
Role overview Own the configuration, support, and improvement of enterprise applications, with a primary focus on an ERP platform. The role works with business teams to turn operational needs into scalable systems while maintaining security, data quality, integrations, and reliable day-to-day service.
Responsibilities - Gather and document requirements, then design application changes that improve business processes. - Configure and maintain ERP workflows, forms, searches, dashboards, roles, and permissions. - Build and support secure, dependable integrations between the ERP and other business systems. - Maintain application architecture, identify modernization opportunities, and reduce technical debt. - Apply security, audit, regulatory, and segregation-of-duties controls; uphold data governance standards. - Document systems and support procedures, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide users and support teams.
Requirements - At least five years administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications, including substantial ERP experience. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and application enhancements. - Knowledge of ERP administration, workflows, role-based permissions, saved searches, dashboards, and workflow tools. - Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs, middleware, or integration platforms. - Understanding of application architecture, change management, data quality, access controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to balance operational support and multiple projects.
Nice to have - Experience with ERP scripting and customization.
Benefits and work setup The listed U.S. base salary range is $121,000–$190,000. For eligible full-time employees, the package may include equity, a 401(k) match, paid insurance, time off, holidays, parental leave, professional development, and relocation support for eligible roles. Roles are U.S.-based and require current U.S. work authorization.
