Role overview

Lead the data intelligence work behind an AI powered platform for professional services. This hands-on founding role combines product thinking and technical delivery: you’ll shape how operational data becomes useful, reliable capabilities that help customers make better decisions.

Responsibilities - Build a connected, AI ready data foundation from operational platform data. - Find meaningful patterns in customer data and turn them into product opportunities. - Develop predictive, recommendation, optimisation, and decision support features. - Create feedback loops and learning systems that improve data and product performance over time. - Explore responsible ways to combine customer data with relevant public or external information. - Guide priorities in your area while contributing directly to exploration, implementation, and production delivery.

Requirements - Experience building AI or data capabilities for products used by customers. - Ability to move from an open ended data opportunity to a dependable production solution. - Sound judgement about turning complex operational data into practical product features. - Readiness to take ownership in a founding level role and help set direction. - Ability to work closely with product and engineering colleagues.

Benefits and work setup

The role is remote friendly and open to candidates internationally. Working hours should allow regular collaboration with a Finland based product and engineering team; visits to the office in Espoo are welcome. Compensation includes salary and an equity component, with the package shaped by experience, location, preferences, and role scope.
