SQL Coding Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Role overview Evaluate and strengthen AI model responses to SQL and software engineering questions. This contract assignment calls for someone who can judge the accuracy and clarity of technical answers, investigate failures, and communicate findings in a way that supports better prompts and evaluation approaches.

Responsibilities - Present SQL coding problems and technical scenarios to an AI model. - Check the model’s logic, fluency, and the quality and clarity of its code. - Review subjects including algorithms, data structures, API integration, asynchronous programming, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding, and distributed systems. - Document errors with enough detail to reproduce them. - Propose prompt and evaluation improvements based on observed weaknesses.

Requirements - Practical experience with SQL and the ability to evaluate SQL-related technical work. - Clear technical communication, including the ability to explain reasoning step by step. - A bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field is preferred. - Technical writing or open-source contributions are relevant indicators of experience.

Benefits and work setup - Remote contract work at a mid-to-senior level. - Listed compensation is $8–$65 per hour. The final rate is determined by experience, expertise, and location and may fall outside that range. - Contractors provide their own secure computer and high-speed internet. Employer-sponsored health coverage and paid time off are not included.
