Python Coding Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Role overview Support the development of AI models by testing their performance on Python software engineering tasks. You will assess technical responses, explain where reasoning or code falls short, and document findings that help improve model behavior and evaluation methods.

Responsibilities - Work through Python coding tasks and engineering scenarios with an AI model. - Review responses for logical accuracy, coding fluency, readability, and overall quality. - Assess knowledge across areas such as algorithms, data structures, asynchronous programming, API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, security, and distributed systems. - Capture reproducible error traces and explain model failure patterns. - Suggest changes to prompts and evaluation metrics based on your findings.

Requirements - Hands-on experience using Python in software development. - Strong written communication and the ability to make technical reasoning explicit. - A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical subject is preferred; bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral qualifications are noted. - Technical writing or open-source work is useful evidence of fit.
