Photoshop Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Role overview Use professional image-editing expertise to evaluate and improve how AI models handle practical design work. You’ll test Photoshop workflows, check the model’s reasoning, and document reproducible mistakes so its responses become more reliable.

Responsibilities - Work through real-world image-editing scenarios and technical questions with an AI model. - Assess its advice on compositing, retouching, color work, masking, layers, typography, illustration, and related techniques. - Check workflows for accuracy, clarity, and sound use of non-destructive editing, selections, mockups, automation, and image optimization. - Record clear, reproducible examples of errors and explain what went wrong. - Recommend improvements to prompts and evaluation criteria.

Requirements - Professional Photoshop experience and strong practical photo-editing skills. - Clear written communication, including the ability to explain your reasoning and show your work. - A portfolio or relevant professional experience demonstrating design and image-editing ability. - A degree in graphic design, visual arts, digital media, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have - Fluency with other Adobe Creative Suite tools. - Relevant coursework or training in Photoshop and related disciplines.
