Graphic Designer Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Role overview Review visual content generated by AI systems and provide expert design judgment to improve their understanding of graphic design. The work spans print and digital formats, from assessing composition and typography to identifying errors and helping refine prompts and quality standards. This is a remote contract role.

Responsibilities - Evaluate generated graphics for layout, visual hierarchy, color, typography, style, and usability. - Annotate design errors and explain how well visual choices follow sound design principles. - Assess the model’s visual reasoning and the accuracy of its design decisions across print and digital work. - Collaborate with a team to improve prompts, evaluation processes, and design quality guidelines.

Requirements - Professional graphic design expertise, including visual communication, layout, color systems, and concept development. - Fluency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. - Clear communication, careful attention to detail, and strong creative judgment.

Nice to have Experience with Adobe XD or Figma for UI/UX work is useful. Motion graphics tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro, as well as social content creation, video editing, illustration, or photography, are additional assets.

Benefits and work setup Remote contract work pays $6–$65 per hour; the rate depends on experience, expertise, and location. Contractors provide a secure computer and high-speed internet. Company-sponsored health insurance and paid time off are not included.
