Coding Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer (Fluent in Italian) Project

Role overview Help improve AI systems by testing their software engineering reasoning and evaluating how clearly and accurately they communicate in Italian. The work covers a broad range of programming topics, from algorithms and application development to cloud infrastructure and systems programming.

Responsibilities - Work through software engineering questions and technical scenarios with AI models in Italian. - Check code-related reasoning for logical accuracy, technical correctness, and fluency. - Assess whether Italian wording is natural and appropriate for the technical context. - Record reproducible errors and describe where the model’s reasoning fails. - Suggest improvements to evaluation criteria and prompts based on observed results.

Requirements - Fluency in Italian and strong written communication skills. - Substantial coding knowledge, including areas such as algorithms, data structures, software architecture, or frontend and backend development. - Ability to explain reasoning clearly and document technical findings. - A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred; practical coding experience, technical writing in Italian, or open-source work can also demonstrate relevant expertise.

Benefits and work setup - Remote, freelance contract work. - Hourly pay is listed at $8–$65, with the final rate depending on experience, expertise, and location. - Contractors provide a secure computer and reliable high-speed internet.
