Coding Specialist (Fluent in Swedish) - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Role overview Evaluate and improve AI performance on software engineering tasks conducted in Swedish. You will challenge language models with technical problems, judge both coding and language quality, and document errors in ways that support model training and evaluation. The work spans a broad range of software topics, from application development to cloud and systems programming.

Responsibilities - Conduct technical conversations with AI models in Swedish across software engineering scenarios. - Assess the logical accuracy, coding fluency, and correctness of model responses. - Review whether Swedish wording is natural and appropriate to the technical context. - Record reproducible error traces and describe model failure modes clearly. - Recommend improvements to prompts and evaluation measures. - Apply and explain your reasoning when reviewing complex technical answers.

Requirements - Fluent Swedish and strong software engineering knowledge. - Expertise in areas such as algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend or backend development, cloud infrastructure, or systems programming. - Clear technical writing and communication, including the ability to show how you reached a judgment. - A bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred; demonstrated practical coding expertise is also relevant.

Nice to have - Experience writing technical material in Swedish. - Open-source contributions or other evidence of substantial coding work. - Familiarity with asynchronous programming, REST APIs, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding, or debugging distributed systems.

Benefits and work setup - Contract role with remote work. Listed pay ranges from $8 to $65 per hour; the final rate depends on experience, expertise, and location. Contractors provide their own secure computer and high-speed internet; health insurance and paid time off are not included.
