Coding Specialist (Fluent in Dutch) - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Role overview Apply software engineering expertise and fluent Dutch to evaluate how an AI model handles coding tasks and technical discussions. You’ll test its reasoning in Dutch, assess both programming correctness and language quality, and document specific failures to support better model evaluations.

Responsibilities - Discuss software engineering problems and technical scenarios with the model in Dutch. - Evaluate responses involving algorithms, data structures, architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming. - Check coding logic and Dutch usage for correctness, clarity, and naturalness. - Probe topics such as asynchronous programming, API integration, memory management, secure coding, and distributed system debugging. - Record reproducible error examples and suggest changes to prompts and evaluation metrics.

Requirements - Fluency in Dutch and strong software development knowledge. - Ability to assess code and explain technical reasoning clearly. - Clear written communication, including the ability to show how you reached an assessment. - A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field is preferred. - Practical coding experience, Dutch technical writing, or open-source contributions are useful indicators of fit.

Nice to have - Experience across backend, frontend, cloud, or systems programming. - Familiarity with API design, asynchronous code, memory management, and distributed systems.

Benefits and work setup - Remote contract work with a listed rate of $8–$65 per hour; the final rate depends on experience, expertise, and location. - Contractors provide their own secure computer and high-speed internet. Health insurance and paid time off are not included.
