Coding Specialist (Fluent in Chinese) - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Role overview Evaluate and improve AI models’ software engineering responses in Chinese. You’ll work with technical tasks across areas such as algorithms, architecture, application development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming, checking both the coding logic and the quality of the Chinese-language interaction.

Responsibilities - Conduct software engineering conversations and task scenarios with AI models in Chinese. - Review responses for logical accuracy, coding fluency, and appropriate technical content. - Assess whether Chinese wording is natural, clear, and correct in context. - Capture reproducible errors, including issues with APIs, memory management, secure coding, or distributed systems. - Suggest changes to prompts and evaluation criteria based on recurring weaknesses. - Document your reasoning so technical and language judgments can be understood.

Requirements - Fluency in Chinese and strong written and spoken communication skills. - Coding knowledge covering algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend or backend development, cloud infrastructure, or systems programming. - Ability to assess technical logic and explain findings clearly. - A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field is preferred. - Practical coding work, Chinese technical writing, or open-source contributions are useful evidence of experience.

Benefits and work setup - Remote contract work. - Hourly pay is listed at $8–$65, with the final rate depending on experience, expertise, and location. - Contractors provide a secure computer and high-speed internet. Health insurance and paid time off are not provided.
