Content Designer II

Role overview Shape clear, useful content across digital product experiences, from early discovery through launch and ongoing improvement. Embedded with a product team, you will combine UX writing, content strategy, and product thinking to help customers understand their choices and complete tasks with confidence.

Responsibilities - Contribute to user flows, information architecture, content hierarchy, and UX writing for web and native app experiences. - Write concise, accurate, approachable content for product screens, notifications, emails, text messages, prototypes, and other customer communications. - Partner with design, research, product, engineering, brand, legal, compliance, and customer experience colleagues throughout product development. - Use research, customer feedback, experimentation, and data to identify usability issues and improve content. - Advocate for clarity, accessibility, and content-informed design in critiques, sprints, reviews, and product discussions. - Help maintain writing guidelines, reusable patterns, and shared practices across the content design team.

Requirements - At least two years of experience in content design, UX writing, content strategy, information architecture, or a related field. - Experience designing content for web and native digital products. - A portfolio demonstrating strong UX writing, strategic thinking, and shipped product work across customer touchpoints. - Understanding of usability, accessibility, research, experimentation, information architecture, and product development. - Ability to manage defined projects, work through ambiguity with support, and connect content decisions to customer needs and business goals. - Clear communication skills, including explaining rationale, incorporating feedback, and building alignment across disciplines.

Nice to have Experience in financial services or other regulated settings, native apps, design systems, lifecycle communications, or AI-supported content workflows.

Benefits and work setup Remote role in the UK. The stated annual base pay range is £80,000–£118,000.
