Senior Product Manager, Identity and Access Management
Job details
About this role
Role overview A senior product management role owning the strategy and roadmap for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform that underpins every product in a software suite for professional services businesses. The position shapes how customers sign in, how their data stays secure, and how permissions are managed across the portfolio, with decisions rippling through security, compliance, and user experience.
Responsibilities - Drive the roadmap for authentication and single sign-on, including login flows, MFA, session management, and passwordless options that balance security with usability. - Define and evolve the authorization model, including role-based access control and fine-grained entitlements that scale across multiple products and customer segments. - Set strategy for the underlying identity platform: APIs, service-to-service auth, and integrations with internal and third-party systems. - Translate security, compliance, and business requirements into a prioritized roadmap, communicating trade-offs to engineering leadership and stakeholders. - Partner daily with engineering and security teams to scope, sequence, and ship IAM capabilities from discovery through launch and iteration. - Define and track success metrics such as login success rate, MFA adoption, time-to-provision, and incident rate to guide investment.
Requirements - 5+ years of product management experience, including meaningful ownership of a platform, infrastructure, or security-adjacent product. - Direct experience with IAM concepts: authentication protocols such as OAuth, OIDC, and SAML, SSO, MFA, session management, and RBAC. - Track record of shipping platform capabilities that other internal teams build on rather than only customer-facing features. - Strong prioritization skills and judgment to balance security and compliance requirements against speed and usability. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical identity concepts to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience working with security and compliance teams on initiatives such as SOC 2 or data privacy is a plus.
Benefits and work setup - Engagement is structured through an Employer of Record partner in the Czech Republic. - Monthly gross salary range of CZK 1,900,000 to CZK 2,050,000. - Full statutory benefits including public health insurance, social security, pension, and work accident coverage. - Paid sick leave plus additional paid paternity leave beyond Czech statutory requirements. - Access to learning platforms such as Coursera, including a Gen AI Academy, with clear growth paths and regular feedback. - Hybrid work setup with offices in Brno and Prague and flexibility for in-person collaboration. - International environment with collaboration across European and U.S. teams and occasional travel for company events.
