About this role
Role overview A hybrid role combining end-user training with controlled system configuration for a healthcare digital services rollout across multiple countries and clinics. The position is primarily remote, but requires regular international travel for discovery, configuration validation, training delivery, go-live, and hypercare support at clinical sites.
Responsibilities - Build and maintain project-specific training strategies and detailed training plans covering audiences, objectives, delivery methods, schedules, environments, and completion tracking. - Develop role-based learning materials, including presentations, facilitator and user guides, quick-reference sheets, exercises, knowledge checks, and videos. - Deliver engaging virtual and classroom sessions to clinical, administrative, operational, and support users, adapting content to local workflows and language needs. - Coordinate clinic-level training logistics: participant lists, rooms, equipment, access, environments, timetables, and local communications. - Perform approved system setup and configuration against documented requirements, configuration workbooks, and controlled procedures. - Validate configuration with business owners and technical teams, maintain decision logs and version history, and support user acceptance and regression testing. - Support go-live and hypercare through floorwalking, user coaching, issue triage, and escalation.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in training, healthcare operations, digital systems, IT, or a related field. - Practical experience delivering end-user training for digital systems or business applications, both virtual and face-to-face. - Experience creating structured training plans and high-quality learning materials for diverse user groups. - Experience setting up or configuring enterprise applications using controlled processes or administration tools. - Experience supporting system testing, user acceptance testing, go-live, or hypercare activity. - Healthcare or other regulated environment experience is strongly preferred.
Nice to have - Instructional design, learning and development, or system administration qualifications. - Fluency in additional European market languages.
