Role overview Drive autonomous ground operations at major airports by leading technical work on a production localization stack for autonomous vehicles. This staff-level role blends sensor integration, estimation algorithm development, and operational reliability in a deployed robotics environment.
Responsibilities - Own components of the localization stack and ensure their production reliability in live deployments - Integrate sensors, tune performance, and manage deployment of localization systems - Design online validation that verifies localization integrity and cross-sensor consistency - Build diagnostic tooling for health logging and post-mission analysis - Establish regression, validation, and release-gating processes for localization changes
Requirements - 8+ years of experience in robotics or autonomous vehicles - Deep practical expertise in multi-sensor fusion and state estimation - Strong command of non-linear optimization and filtering techniques - Fluency in modern C++ and extensive experience with Linux and ROS/ROS2
