Product Engineer (AI Driven)

Responsibilities - Design and deliver end-to-end applications across frontend, backend, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and deployment. - Build scalable services and integrate language models where they provide clear product value. - Create dependable AI pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, embeddings, retrieval, and orchestration. - Develop prompting strategies and guardrails that balance latency, cost, accuracy, and real-world reliability. - Integrate AI capabilities into full-stack products with robust APIs, usable interfaces, and continuous integration and delivery. - Evaluate emerging AI models and tools, then write tested, observable, maintainable production code.

Requirements - At least seven years of professional software engineering experience. - A track record of shipping production applications, ideally with examples of products used by real users. - Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks. - Strong command of contemporary web development and cloud infrastructure, including TypeScript or JavaScript, Python, frontend frameworks, backend services, and APIs. - Solid understanding of architecture, scalability, performance, security, testing, code review, and observability. - Clear communication, self-management, and comfort collaborating in a remote environment.

Nice to have - Experience fine-tuning models or training custom models for domain-specific applications. - Curiosity about new languages, frameworks, and AI-assisted development tools.
