Motion Graphics Designer (Flex)

Role overview Create motion graphics and animated visuals for instructional, educational, and digital video content. The work spans concept interpretation through editing and delivery, turning project goals and complex information into clear, engaging visual stories for different channels.

Responsibilities - Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for a range of digital and video formats. - Design and animate titles, transitions, lower thirds, infographics, and other elements that support the story. - Edit and assemble video, integrating graphics, visual effects, audio, and other creative components into finished work. - Work with creative colleagues, producers, and stakeholders to shape concepts from briefs, review feedback, and deliver final assets on schedule. - Apply relevant brand and project guidelines, and adapt work to the requirements of social, web, and video platforms. - Manage concurrent deadlines and keep project files, templates, and assets organized within established workflows.

Requirements - Ability to create polished motion graphics and animation for instructional, educational, or digital content. - Skill in designing and animating a variety of graphic elements that strengthen storytelling and audience engagement. - Ability to edit video and combine motion graphics with visual effects, audio, and other creative elements. - Ability to interpret creative briefs and communicate complex information through visual design. - Familiarity with platform-specific needs across social, digital, web, and video channels. - Strong collaboration, organization, and deadline-management skills in a fast-paced production setting.
