Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure)

Role overview Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for enterprise environments. The work spans AWS and Azure, including multi-cloud architecture, migration and modernization, infrastructure automation, and guidance that helps teams balance availability, security, compliance, and cost.

Responsibilities - Design and deliver architectures across AWS and Azure, including highly available and fault-tolerant systems. - Lead cloud migrations and modernization initiatives. - Define infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates. - Apply cloud security practices and address compliance requirements. - Review cloud costs and resource use to identify optimization opportunities. - Guide development teams on cloud-native patterns and provide architecture reviews and technical advice.

Requirements - At least four years of cloud architecture or engineering experience. - Deep practical knowledge of AWS services, including compute, storage, databases, and serverless options. - Strong experience with Azure services such as virtual machines, App Services, and AKS. - Proficiency with infrastructure as code, including Terraform or CloudFormation. - Experience with containers such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance, plus clear communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have - AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Architect certification. - Experience with GCP, FinOps or cloud cost optimization, DevOps and CI/CD, or serverless architectures. - Multiple cloud certifications at professional or expert level.
