Sr. Data Analyst

Role overview Analyze large and complex datasets to help stakeholders make informed decisions. The work spans data preparation, SQL-based analysis, dashboard development, and clear reporting, with opportunities to apply predictive methods where they fit the question.

Responsibilities - Examine datasets to identify trends, patterns, and useful insights. - Clean, transform, and manipulate large datasets for analysis. - Query databases with SQL to extract and investigate data. - Build dashboards and visualizations using Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel. - Prepare analytical reports and recommendations for stakeholders. - Contribute to agile delivery, including documenting user stories and supporting testing; apply predictive analytics or machine learning when appropriate.

Requirements - Proficiency with Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel for visualization and reporting. - Strong SQL querying skills. - Experience cleaning, transforming, and manipulating data. - Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate findings clearly. - Experience producing dashboards and analytical reports. - Familiarity with agile methods and software development lifecycle practices; U.S. citizenship and Public Trust eligibility.

Nice to have - Experience with statistical tools such as R or SPSS. - Exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning frameworks. - Knowledge of correlation analysis and advanced data quality techniques. - Experience building Databricks pipelines or transformations.
