ServiceNow Developer

Role overview ServiceNow Developer role focused on federal government clients, building and configuring ServiceNow applications that support mission delivery. Responsibilities - Configure ServiceNow components and develop custom solutions that meet changing program needs - Analyze requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes to deliver working features - Build and support third-party integrations, report development, and data migration activities - Conduct unit testing, manage defect resolution, and support deployment and documentation - Troubleshoot and resolve platform errors, working with analysts, developers, and platform partners - Contribute to Agile ceremonies and cross-team delivery on a multi-module ServiceNow footprint

Requirements - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration - Familiarity with ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules - Experience with custom development and third-party integrations - Experience with report development and data migration inside ServiceNow - Experience conducting unit testing and managing defect resolution - Experience working in Agile development environments

Nice to have - ServiceNow System Administrator certification - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer credential - Exposure to GenAI, SecOps, HRSD, or ITOM modules

Eligibility and work setup - U.S. citizenship required - Active secret clearance required - Posted pay range shown as $64,000–$160,200 USD depending on location and experience, with specific ranges disclosed for several U.S. states and the District of Columbia; full benefits package offered
