SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Functional Consultant

Role overview Design and deliver payroll solutions in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), turning complex payroll needs into reliable system configuration. You’ll work with business, technical, and integration teams across implementation, testing, reconciliation, and deployment activities.

Responsibilities - Analyze payroll requirements and translate them into ECP designs and configuration. - Configure wage types, schemas, payroll rules, earnings, deductions, calendars, and retroactive processing. - Coordinate with technical teams on custom development, integrations, and functional specifications. - Support Employee Central to ECP data flows and payroll dependencies. - Create configuration documentation and test scenarios; execute functional and end-to-end tests, including regression and exception cases. - Investigate defects, support retesting, reconcile payroll results, and contribute to parallel testing and deployment readiness.

Requirements - At least two years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors ECP and/or SAP ECC Payroll. - Strong knowledge of payroll processing, wage type configuration, schemas, calculation logic, and payroll data flows. - Experience designing and configuring ECP solutions and documenting functional requirements. - Ability to analyze complex payroll needs and troubleshoot issues systematically. - Understanding of Employee Central to ECP integration. - U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
