Role overview Serve as the SAP archiving subject matter expert within a federal services technology organization, configuring classical and Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) archiving across multiple SAP modules and administering the OpenText Archive Server. The role blends hands-on configuration, testing collaboration, and ongoing system administration in support of federal client missions.
Responsibilities - Configure SAP classical and ILM archiving objects across various modules - Monitor archiving job execution and resolve related technical issues - Identify appropriate test data and partner with functional teams to validate results during unit, integration, and UAT cycles - Create implementation and testing documentation - Refine requirements with functional and infrastructure teams and surface data optimization opportunities - Administer the OpenText Archive Server, including installation, patching, upgrades, and issue resolution - Monitor system performance and adjust configurations to keep the archive solution healthy
Requirements - U.S. Citizenship - Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance - 7+ years of SAP configuration experience - 2+ years of SAP archiving or ILM experience - Experience collaborating across functional, infrastructure, and operational teams
Nice to have - Hands-on experience administering OpenText Archive Server in production environments - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SRM module landscapes - Prior background supporting federal government clients
Benefits and work setup - Base pay range of $124,000—$246,400 USD for listed states (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia), varying by location, skill set, and experience - Comprehensive benefits package - Applicants must have work authorization that does not require current or future visa sponsorship
