Role overview
Design and deliver enterprise integration solutions that connect SAP and other systems in support of large public-sector technology programs. The role covers architecture, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and post-release support, with senior-level responsibility for technical guidance and team enablement.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and support SAP integration architectures across enterprise environments. - Combine SAP PI/PO expertise with modern API integration approaches for reliable system-to-system communication and data exchange. - Define integration requirements, assess feasibility, and contribute to subsystem and enterprise-level planning. - Produce clear technical documentation and share integration standards and best practices with delivery teams. - Act as a subject-matter expert for complex integration work and help keep technical plans aligned with delivery schedules. - Mentor junior engineers and, at a senior level, support staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and work planning.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience with SAP PI/PO or comparable enterprise system integration. - At least 1 year of experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite or another modern integration platform. - Strong understanding of API frameworks, enterprise integration patterns, and data-exchange practices. - Experience leading integration teams or contributing to enterprise-scale integration delivery. - U.S. citizenship. - Eligibility to obtain Public Trust clearance.
