Power Platform Developer - TO4

Role overview A senior lead-developer role driving the technical buildout of a Power Pages site, Model-Driven App, Canvas modernization effort, and Power BI components. The position guides other developers, supports sprint demos, refines implementation details directly with stakeholders, and ensures integrations and data flows are implemented correctly end to end.

Responsibilities - Lead technical buildout for Power Pages, Model-Driven App, Canvas App modernization, and Power BI components - Mentor developers through code reviews and ongoing technical guidance - Coordinate with the project manager and architect on sprint planning, demos, and delivery milestones - Refine implementation details with stakeholders and resolve integration issues as they arise - Build custom code and advanced integrations needed to connect Power Platform components - Ensure data flows and integrations are designed and implemented correctly across the solution

Requirements - Demonstrated technical leadership on Power Platform or comparable development initiatives - Strong team and client communication skills with a clear problem-solving mindset - Power Pages development experience - Hands-on experience with Model-Driven Apps and Canvas App modernization - Power BI development or integration experience - Proficiency in custom coding and advanced integrations - Experience leading code reviews and providing technical guidance to other developers
