Oracle Analytics FDI Design / Developer

Role overview

Design, build, and enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting and analytics solutions for a federal-services technology organization supporting US government missions. The role partners with functional leads, data-conversion teams, interface developers, architects, and client subject-matter experts to deliver scalable, accurate, and compliant reporting assets across the Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud landscape.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio, Oracle Analytics, and custom data models - Build, enhance, and support FDI-aligned components alongside data extraction and reporting integrations - Interpret functional requirements and convert them into technical reporting designs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure outputs align with business needs and compliance standards - Troubleshoot reporting issues, optimize performance, and maintain data integrity across ERP reporting layers

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio, and Oracle Analytics - Strong SQL and data-modeling skills with experience working on complex ERP datasets - Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP data structures in one or more domains (Financials, Procurement, Projects, SCM, or HCM) - Experience building FDI-aligned components or comparable reporting and data-extraction integrations - Ability to translate functional requirements into technical designs - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills for client-facing collaboration

Nice to have

- Prior experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud reporting on large-scale federal or enterprise implementations - Familiarity with cross-functional ERP program workstreams such as data conversion, integrations, and architecture - Background optimizing reporting frameworks for performance, compliance, and security
