MS Power Apps Developer

Role overview The Microsoft Power Apps Developer designs, configures, and develops secure, scalable applications on the Microsoft Power Platform to support federal mission needs. Working as part of an agile delivery team, you will build custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Dataverse, translating complex requirements into intuitive, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities - Configure and customize Power Apps solutions, both canvas and model-driven - Develop automation workflows with Power Automate - Design scalable data models using Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and related sources - Analyze requirements, acceptance criteria, and wireframes to produce effective technical designs - Collaborate with agile delivery teams to ensure alignment with business needs and technical standards - Support unit testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and documentation activities - Troubleshoot application, integration, and performance issues - Maintain clear documentation for customizations, integrations, and solution components

Requirements - Extensive hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and data modeling within Power Platform - Experience with Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online - Background in application development with strong problem-solving ability - Experience working in Agile teams - Strong analytical and communication skills - U.S. citizen - Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Nice to have - Microsoft Power Platform infrastructure experience - Agile application development and testing experience - Familiarity with API integrations, custom connectors, or Power Platform extensibility - Federal program or mission environment experience - Exposure to additional Microsoft cloud services

Benefits and work setup - Base pay range listed between $64,000 and $124,200 USD, varying by location and experience
