MS Dynamics Developer

Role overview A hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer role supporting a federal government client. The work centers on designing, customizing, and maintaining Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions that improve business processes, integrate with other enterprise systems, and meet strict compliance and security standards.

Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. - Configure Dynamics modules including entities, forms, views, business rules, and automated processes. - Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware such as Azure Logic Apps and Power Automate. - Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications in collaboration with analysts and stakeholders. - Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing, and manage deployments and updates. - Maintain solution documentation and troubleshoot performance and operational issues.

Requirements - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. - Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and the Power Platform. - Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and enterprise integration tools. - Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform components such as Power Apps and Power Automate. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice to have - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions. - Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications. - Background in data migration, ETL processes, DevOps practices, and CI/CD tooling for Dynamics 365. - Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, ideally supporting federal agency clients.
