Responsibilities - Develop and maintain native iOS applications using Swift - Lead development teams to successful production releases - Debug and troubleshoot complex mobile issues - Apply version control practices using Git - Make technical decisions on tools and frameworks for app stability - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mobile products
Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile development - Minimum 2 years of experience leading a development team to production - Strong expertise in native iOS development including Swift - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues - Experience with Git version control
Nice to have - Cross-platform framework exposure like React Native, Xamarin, or Flutter - Agile delivery experience - Familiarity with Pega - Familiarity with mobile app distribution - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time-management, and leadership skills
Benefits and work setup - Base pay range listed between $91,700 and $178,700 USD, varying by location and experience
