Role overview This position centers on deploying Palantir Foundry (with AIP) at federal and public sector clients, translating mission priorities into working software that reshapes how agencies operate. The strategist sits at the intersection of client advisory, data analysis, and hands-on application delivery, moving teams quickly from use case to prototype to scaled deployment.
Responsibilities - Partner with engineers, program managers, and domain specialists to design, build, and maintain applications tailored to each client's operational needs - Synthesize disparate information into a unified vision and a phased, impact-driven roadmap that moves a use case from concept to scaled deployment - Configure and deploy Palantir Foundry and AIP solutions, building applications that surface insights from large structured and unstructured datasets - Work directly with stakeholders, including executives and front-line operators, to embed with their teams and reshape workflows - Iterate rapidly on prototypes, treating speed of delivery as a core discipline rather than an afterthought
Requirements - Hands-on experience deploying Palantir Foundry and AIP in real customer environments - Prior experience solutioning products for clients, ideally within public sector or government settings - Proficiency with programming, scripting, or statistical tools such as Python, TypeScript, R, or SQL - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into end-to-end working solutions - Demonstrated record of owning outcomes independently while collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical partners - Willingness and flexibility to travel based on client and team needs
