Nice to have - Hands-on experience with APIs, SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), and SQL. - Familiarity with common CRM and HRIS connectors such as Salesforce, ADP, UKG Pro, BambooHR, Dayforce, or Workday. - Exposure to BI tools like PowerBI, Sisense, or Snowflake. - Working knowledge of Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence, or Workato. - Practical experience with AI tools and agents. - A second language, ideally French or Spanish.
Benefits and work setup - Fully remote-first arrangement with flexible work options. - Health, dental, and wellness benefits, retirement savings programs, generous time off, and eligibility for two bonus plans, varying by country. - New-hire equipment allowance and a monthly flex allowance. - Career growth and internal mobility pathways, plus employee-driven diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
