Federal Security and Compliance Analyst supporting a FedRAMP High program inside a fast-moving cybersecurity company. Owns assigned control workstreams end-to-end, drives continuous monitoring and evidence workflows, partners on vulnerability remediation, supports security impact assessments, and helps build a compliance-as-code program aligned with FedRAMP 20x. Requires 2+ years in security/compliance/GRC, working knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, and strong written communication with technical teams.
