Architect - DevOps

Role overview Design and deliver cloud and DevOps solutions for client projects, with a focus on Azure implementation. This technical, client-facing role combines architecture and delivery work with guidance for consultants deploying workloads and modernizing infrastructure.

Responsibilities - Contribute to solution planning, technical design, and delivery for cloud projects. - Implement designed solutions as client deliverables and support them through deployment. - Lead consultants in designing and deploying workloads on Azure. - Provide expertise across data center transformation, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation. - Analyze performance issues, troubleshoot deployments, and recommend or apply fixes.

Requirements - At least five years in DevOps, software development, or IT operations, including three or more years on cloud migration and deployment projects. - Hands-on experience implementing continuous integration and delivery with Azure DevOps or its earlier VSTS/TFS tooling. - Experience with boards, Git administration, build and release pipelines, test plans, and artifacts. - Familiarity with cloud deployment approaches and at least one year implementing or supporting Azure infrastructure; comparable AWS or Google Cloud experience may qualify. - Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, Groovy, or a similar language. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and emerging technologies, along with analytical troubleshooting and remediation skills. - Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills, and ability to work independently or in a distributed project team.

Nice to have - Practical experience with Ansible, Docker, or Kubernetes. - Microsoft certification.
