Solution Architect

Role overview Lead the technical side of customer engagements for an autonomous-AI infrastructure platform that runs agents directly in the shell to automate incident response and root-cause analysis. This is a customer-facing architect role spanning pre-sales and post-sales, scoping environments, designing deployments, and running pilots for enterprise engineering teams.

Responsibilities - Act as technical lead across the full pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle, from first conversations through deployment and expansion. - Scope customer infrastructure environments and design agent deployments that fit existing setups. - Run proofs of concept and pilots, integrating the platform with customer infrastructure and observability stacks. - Serve as the trusted technical advisor bridging the product team and field engineering. - Translate deep technical detail into clear value for prospective and active customers.

Requirements - Strong background in infrastructure, DevOps, or site reliability engineering. - Comfortable being customer-facing: able to architect, demo, and earn technical trust with engineering buyers. - Ability to context-switch between deep technical work and customer conversations. - Comfort working with shell-based tooling, Kubernetes or Docker, PostgreSQL, Elastic, and similar infrastructure layers. - Working style suited to a small, fast-moving team where work ships quickly.

Nice to have - Experience with LLM-powered or agent-based automation in production environments. - Familiarity with integrating observability platforms and incident-response workflows.
