Senior Software Engineer

Role overview Join a remote engineering team building autonomous AI agents that operate directly in the shell to complete real production tasks for corporate IT infrastructure. The work centers on making these agents reliable in live environments, blending open-source and flagship large language models with observability data to surface root causes and automate incident response.

Responsibilities - Own features end to end across a TypeScript command-line interface, Postgres data layer, evaluation harnesses, and deployment pipelines. - Build the tooling that keeps autonomous agents dependable in real production environments. - Integrate and tune multiple large language models, squeezing the best result out of each. - Ship quickly, measure outcomes with evals, and iterate directly with customers based on results. - Treat production systems as something to own in the wild, not hand off, with a bias toward fixing problems encountered.

Requirements - Track record of shipping complex production systems and operating them in real environments. - Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js for backend work, with comfort across a Postgres-based data layer. - An AI-native workflow that treats agents as part of how software gets built. - Strong sense of ownership, with willingness to step outside a narrow lane and engage in real-time collaboration. - Comfort working in CET core hours from somewhere within the EU, with a soft preference for the Paris region.

Nice to have - Experience with Supabase Postgres, Vercel deployments, Vue with Nuxt on the frontend, and Kubernetes or Docker for containerized workloads. - Familiarity with Elastic, shell scripting, and Python for evaluation tooling.
