About this role
Role overview A fully remote role for an automation specialist who architects and implements cross-platform low-code and no-code workflows that connect CRMs, AI tools, databases, and enterprise applications. The position centers on turning fragmented business processes into reliable, repeatable automated systems using platforms such as n8n, Make, and Zapier.
Responsibilities - Architect and build mid-to-advanced automated workflows in n8n, Make, and Zapier that span multiple business systems. - Connect CRMs, AI services, databases, and other enterprise applications into cohesive end-to-end pipelines. - Design webhook-driven integrations and handle authentication, headers, and HTTP methods correctly across platforms. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve workflow failures using a methodical, structured problem-solving approach. - Document solutions and provide written status updates through collaboration tools such as Slack and Notion.
Requirements - Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia; this is a 100% full remote position. - Three or more years of experience engineering mid-to-advanced level automated workflows on n8n, Make, or Zapier. - Strong understanding of JSON structure, HTTP methods, headers, authentication, and webhooks. - Active written English communication skills, with comfort using Slack and Notion for day-to-day updates. - Methodical problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
Nice to have - Experience integrating AI tools and LLM services into automation pipelines. - Familiarity with data modeling and basic API design principles.
