About this role
Own the end-to-end platform experience across the core client journey, from hiring through invoicing, setting priorities and partnering with engineering, design, legal, and commercial leaders. Drive delivery accountability, ground decisions in customer insight and usage data, and own NPS and adoption metrics for the journey. Represent the platform in senior client conversations and lead product managers across the area.
