First GTM Engineer hire at an early-stage enterprise AI SaaS startup, acting as both builder and operator. Partners with Growth, Sales, Design, and Engineering to ship AI-powered workflows, audit the GTM stack, and convert manual processes into automated systems for lead routing, enrichment, outbound personalization, account research, and attribution.
- 2-5 years of software engineering experience with exposure to GTM/revenue systems - Hands-on with AI coding tools and LLM/agent frameworks (RAG, evals, prompt engineering) - Familiarity with modern GTM stack (Clay, HubSpot/Salesforce, Apollo, Gong, Outreach) and API integrations - Fast, experiment-driven culture with weekly shipping cadence
